The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Winner failing to do so which subsequently results in their forfeiture of the Prize, or any part of the Prize.
(e) Once the Winner has validly claimed the Prize in accordance with clause 8(a) of these Terms and Conditions and the dates of the Travel Period have been agreed, the Promoter will arrange the travel component of the Prize for the Winner (and their Travel Companion), which is to be taken during the Travel Period.
