Toni and Ryan Golden Ticket TARPer Competition

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is You Love To See It Pty Ltd (ABN 38 659 312 866) trading as the Toni and Ryan podcast, based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or over as at the date of entry.
  
  
• Entrants must hold a valid passport and any visas or authorisations required to travel to Australia.
  
  
• Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
  
  
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and eligibility of entrants at any time.
  
  

3. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:

1.  Be a current Champion TARPer on the Toni and Ryan Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/c/ToniandRyan) by and at 11:59pm (GMT-10) on 1 November 2025.
   
   
2. Receive the official competition email on 2 November 2025, which will include a link to claim a calendar and enter the competition.
   
   
3. Within the link, provide an answer to the question:
   “What would you order for lunch at TARP Tower?”
4. Accept these Terms & Conditions at the time of submission.
   
   

• Only one entry per eligible Patreon account will be accepted.
  
  
• Entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, or submitted after the closing date will be deemed invalid.
  
  

4. Competition Period

• Entries open Monday 13 October 2025 at 5:00am (AEDT)
  
  
• Entries close Friday 7 November 2025 at 11:59pm (GMT-10).
  
  
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or undelivered entries.
  
  

5. Nature of Competition

• This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner.
  
  
• Entries will be judged individually on their creativity, originality, and entertainment value as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
  
  

6. Prize

One (1) winner (the “Golden Ticket TARPer”) will receive a prize package valued at up to AUD $10,000, comprising:

• Return economy flights for two (2) people to Melbourne, Australia (from winner’s nearest international airport).
  
  
• Airport pickup by Toni and Ryan, complete with welcome sign.
  
  
• Frappes on arrival.
  
  
• Five (5) nights’ accommodation in Melbourne.
  
  
• AUD $1,000 spending money.
  
  
• Exclusive access to Toni and Ryan’s studio (“TARP Tower”) to:
  
  
  • Attend a live recording session.
    
    
  • Read out Normal or Nahs in an episode.
    
    
  • Choose where lunch is ordered from after the recording.
    
    
• One (1) TARP Goodie Bag, including:
  
  
  • A one-off Golden Ticket merchandise item.
    
    
  • A detailed hand-drawn map.
    
    
  • A TARP itinerary.
    
    

7. Prize Conditions

• Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  
  
• Travel must occur within 12 months of winner notification, on dates agreed between the Promoter and the winner.
  
  
• If the winner is unable to travel on the agreed dates, the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided.
  
  
• Winner and guest are responsible for:
  
  
  • Valid travel documentation (passports, visas, insurance, etc.)
    
    
  • Any costs not expressly stated in these Terms (including meals, transport, incidentals, and additional accommodation).
    
    
• Spending money will be provided in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  
  

8. Judging & Winner Notification

• Judging will take place in Melbourne, Victoria during the week commencing 10 November 2025.
  
  
• The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of judging.
  
  
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  
  
• The winning entry (including the entrant’s name, likeness, and submitted response) may be published on Patreon, the Toni and Ryan podcast, or associated social media channels.
  
  

9. Intellectual Property

• By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, and perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and publish their entry (including their lunch answer) in any media for promotional, marketing, or publicity purposes without further compensation.
  
  
• Entrants warrant that their entry is their original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
  
  

10. Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, expense, or injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any entrant in connection with this competition or the prize.
  
  
• Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
  
  

11. Privacy

• Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Promoter solely for the purpose of conducting and administering the competition.
  
  
• The Promoter may disclose personal information to service providers and partners assisting in administering the competition.
  
  
• All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy.
  
  
• By entering, entrants consent to the use of their personal information for publicity purposes related to this competition.
  
  

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

13. Filming and Media Participation

The winner and their guest acknowledge that their visit to TARP Tower forms part of the Toni and Ryan podcast content creation. By accepting the prize, they agree to be filmed, photographed, and recorded during the experience, and consent to the Promoter using this material in any media for promotional and publicity purposes, without further payment.
