These Terms and Conditions apply in respect of the 'Toni's Hens Party' Instagram competition organised and promoted by the Promoter.

By entering the Competition, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise provided:

AEDT means Australian Eastern Daylight Time.

AEST means Australian Eastern Standard Time.

Business Day means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or a bank holiday or public holiday in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Competition means the 'Toni's Hens Party' Instagram competition advertised by the Promoter on the Instagram account @tonilodge or @ryan.jon.

Competition Post means the Instagram post published by the Promoter on the Instagram account @toniandryan announcing the Competition and inviting entries.

Competition Period means 12:00pm AEST on Tuesday 5 May 2026 to 9:00am AEST on Friday 8 May 2026.

Draw Date means Friday 8 May 2026, being the date on which the Winners will be selected at random in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Eligible Entrants means individuals who:

• are 18 years of age or older;
• can lawfully enter the Competition from their country of residence (the Competition is open worldwide);
• hold a public Instagram account that complies with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines at all times during the Competition Period and the Draw Date;
• follow the Instagram account @toniandryan at the time of entry and remain a follower until the Draw Date;
• have not previously won a trade promotion conducted by the Promoter with a substantially similar Prize; and
• are not an officer, contractor or employee, or a relative or someone who resides with an officer, contractor or employee of the Promoter, or anyone associated with the conducting of the Competition and the selection of the Winners.

Entry Method means, during the Competition Period, the entrant:

• following the Instagram accounts @tonilodge and @ryan.jon; and
• commenting on the Competition Post tagging two (2) different real Instagram users who are not the entrant.

Event means Toni's Hens Party, held at Troxy Theatre, 490 Commercial Road, London, E1 0HX, on Tuesday 19 May 2026 at 6:30pm.

Prize means, for each Winner, three (3) tickets to the Event (one (1) ticket for the Winner and two (2) tickets for the Winner's chosen guests). Three (3) Prizes are available to be won.

Promoter means You Love To See It Pty Ltd (ABN 38 659 312 866) of Level 12, 99 William Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000, with contact phone number 0415 374 699 and contact email hello@toniandryan.com.au.

Total Prize Value means approximately GBP £150, with each Prize valued at approximately GBP £50.

Winners means the three (3) persons selected at random by the Promoter from valid entries received during the Competition Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (and Winner means any one of them, or as the context requires, a replacement entrant drawn under section 8).

2. Competition Period

• Entries to the Competition must be submitted during the Competition Period.
• Any entries submitted outside the Competition Period will be invalid and disregarded.

3. How to Enter

• Entry to the Competition is open only to Eligible Entrants.
• In order to enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Competition Period, perform the Entry Method.
• Each valid comment that complies with the Entry Method will count as one (1) entry. An Eligible Entrant may submit multiple comments and therefore multiple entries during the Competition Period, provided each comment tags two (2) different real Instagram users in compliance with the Entry Method.
• Tagging duplicate accounts, fake or inactive accounts, businesses, or the entrant's own account will invalidate the entry.
• All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter (via Instagram), not the time of transmission by the Eligible Entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt of an entry.
• The Competition is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You must enter the Competition personally, and not on behalf of another party. You must not enter in the name of any third party, and must only use your own personal Instagram account.
• Entry to the Competition is free. No purchase is necessary.

4. Prize

• Three (3) Prizes are available to be won. Each Prize comprises three (3) tickets to the Event (one (1) for the Winner and two (2) for the Winner's chosen guests). Three (3) separate Eligible Entrants will each be selected as a Winner and will each receive one (1) Prize.
• The Prize is only valid for the Event on the Event Date. If a Winner (or any of their chosen guests) is unable or unwilling to attend the Event for any reason, the relevant ticket(s) will be forfeited and no replacement, alternative date, alternative event or cash equivalent will be provided.
• All costs and expenses associated with attending the Event (including, without limitation, transport to and from the venue, accommodation, food and beverage not expressly included in the ticket, parking and any other personal costs) are the sole responsibility of the Winner and their guests.
• The Winner and each of their guests must be 18 years of age or older. The Winner is responsible for ensuring each of their chosen guests meets this requirement and complies with all venue, ticketing and event terms and conditions. The Winner agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any loss, cost or expense arising out of any breach of those requirements by the Winner or any of their guests.
• The Total Prize Value is, to the best of the Promoter's knowledge, correct and current as at the date of the commencement of the Competition. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Total Prize Value after the commencement of the Competition Period.
• The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable or refundable for cash or credit, and can only be used as specified.
• The Winner agrees to comply with the full booking terms and conditions of the venue, ticketing provider and any other Prize supplier made available to the Winner when the Prize is awarded.

5. Invalid Entries, Disqualification and Termination

• Entrants must use their own personal Instagram account when entering, must submit their own original entry, and by entering are deemed to confirm their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Any entries deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, either before or after the draw, be deemed invalid and disqualified.
• Any entries submitted outside of the Competition Period will be invalid and disregarded.
• All entries that are incomplete or fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions (including the Entry Method) will be disqualified.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entry at any time if the Promoter reasonably believes that the entrant is not an Eligible Entrant or has submitted a false or misleading entry, or otherwise fails to claim the Prize as set out in these Terms and Conditions if selected as a Winner.
• Any entries made using any means of automated entry, bot, script or other technology designed to enable an individual to automatically or repeatedly enter are invalid and will be disregarded.
• The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant to be invalid if the entrant:fails to establish their entitlement to win the Prize to the Promoter's satisfaction (acting reasonably);fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions;appears, to the Promoter, to have tampered with, or benefited from tampering with, the entry process;submits any comment that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, threatening, or that infringes any third party's rights or breaches Instagram's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines; orhas, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Competition which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter.
• If this Competition is interfered with or tampered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, strike, war, acts of God, any act of terrorism, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter), the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to disqualify any entrant or to modify, vary, suspend, postpone, terminate or cancel the Competition.

6. Winner Selection

• This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in the selection of the Winners.
• The Winners will be selected by the Promoter by random draw conducted at the Promoter's office at Level 12, 99 William Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 on the Draw Date. Three (3) separate Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period (with the second and third Winners being drawn from the remaining pool of valid entries after the previous Winner has been drawn).
• The Promoter may, on the Draw Date, also draw up to three (3) reserve entries (each a Reserve Entrant) at random from the remaining pool of valid entries, in case any Winner fails to claim their Prize, is disqualified or is otherwise found to be ineligible. Reserve Entrants will be contacted in the order in which they are drawn.
• The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Announcement

• Each Winner will be notified that they have won a Prize by reply comment and/or direct message via Instagram from the @tonilodge or @ryan.jon Instagram account, sent within forty-eight (48) hours of the Draw Date.
• The first names, surname initials, country of residence and Instagram handles of the Winners will be announced on the @tonilodge and @ryan.jon Instagram account and/or other Toni and Ryan social media channels and/or the Toni and Ryan podcast within seven (7) days of the Draw Date.
• Unsuccessful entrants will not be individually notified.

8. Claiming the Prize and Unclaimed Prize

• To claim the Prize, each Winner must respond by direct message reply or by email to hello@toniandryan.com.au within seven (7) days of receiving the Promoter's notification message, providing the Promoter with:their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a contact email address and phone number;a copy of valid government-issued photo identification confirming they are 18 years of age or older;the full names of their two (2) chosen guests (each of whom must be 18 years of age or older); andany other information or documentation reasonably requested by the Promoter in order to confirm the identity of the Winner and to issue the Prize.
• Once a Winner has validly claimed their Prize in accordance with this section, the Promoter will arrange for the three (3) tickets to the Event to be issued to the Winner (whether digitally or by other means) prior to the Event Date. The names of the Winner's chosen guests, once provided, cannot be changed after they have been advised to the Promoter, except at the Promoter's absolute discretion.
• Entrants should monitor their Instagram notifications, message requests and (if applicable) email inboxes (including any junk folders) for any communications from the Promoter about the results of the Competition. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any Winner failing to do so which subsequently results in their forfeiture of their Prize.
• If a Winner fails to respond and provide all required information and documentation within seven (7) days of the notification message being sent, the Winner will forfeit their Prize.
• If a Winner is disqualified or otherwise fails to claim their Prize, the Promoter will notify the next Reserve Entrant (in the order drawn) that they have won that Prize. The Reserve Entrant will have seven (7) days from the date of that notification to respond and to claim the Prize on the same basis.
• If, after all Reserve Entrants have been notified and given the opportunity to claim, a Prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter is under no obligation to conduct any further draw and the relevant Prize may, at the Promoter's discretion and subject to any applicable written directions from a relevant regulator, be forfeited.
• If the Event is rescheduled, postponed or cancelled by the Event organiser or any third party for any reason, the Promoter's only obligation will be to provide the Winner with the rescheduled tickets (if any are made available by the Event organiser). The Promoter will not be liable for any costs incurred by the Winner or their guests as a result of any such rescheduling, postponement or cancellation.

9. Personal Information Competition Collection Notice

• In order to conduct the Competition, the Promoter will collect some personal information from you. Your entry into the Competition is conditional on you providing the Promoter with the personal information requested.
• The personal information the Promoter will collect directly from you includes:your Instagram username;if you are a Winner, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address and contact phone number; andif you are a Winner, the full names of your two (2) chosen guests.
• You warrant to the Promoter that you are authorised to provide the Promoter with personal information about your chosen guests.
• The Promoter will use the personal information you provide to conduct the Competition, verify the identity of the Winners, award the Prize, and for marketing, publicity and campaign analysis purposes following the Competition.
• The Promoter will store personal information collected during the Competition securely on password-protected devices.
• The Promoter may disclose the personal information collected from you to third parties in order to conduct the Competition and award the Prize, including but not limited to the Promoter's employees, agents, contractors, related entities, insurers, professional advisors, electronic direct mail providers and, in the case of the Winners, the venue and ticketing provider for the Event.
• By entering the Competition, you consent to the Promoter using the personal information provided by you for the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter will retain your personal information collected specifically for the Competition until the Event has taken place. After that time, the Promoter will take steps to securely delete or de-identify that personal information, except where the Promoter is required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes.
• You have the right to seek access to the records of personal information that the Promoter holds about you. You also have the right to ask the Promoter to correct your personal information where it is not otherwise correctly recorded.
• If you wish to access the personal information that the Promoter holds about you, please set out your request in writing and send it to hello@toniandryan.com.au.
• If you have any questions about how the Promoter manages your privacy, or if you wish to make a complaint about how the Promoter has handled the personal information the Promoter holds about you, please email hello@toniandryan.com.au setting out the details of your question or complaint.
• Any complaint will be investigated, and the outcome of that investigation communicated to you within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome or the handling of the complaint by the Promoter, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner by calling 1300 363 992 or by emailing enquiries@oaic.gov.au.

11. Liability

• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees").
• Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for, and excludes all liability (including negligence) for, any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including, but not limited to, loss or damage to property, loss of opportunity or loss of profit), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:your participation in the Competition;any technical failure or related issues (whether or not under the Promoter's control), including any failure of Instagram to display, deliver or accept any entry;any entry that is received after the Competition Period;any claim of the Prize outside of the claim procedure requirements;any failure on the part of a Winner to provide any identity evidence or other information or documentation reasonably requested by the Promoter;electronic or human error;an entrant failing to provide accurate information at the time of entry or when claiming the Prize;any entry or claim of the Prize that is not received by the Promoter as required for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;the taking of and use of the Prize, including attendance at the Event;a Winner's or guest's inability to attend any part of the Event for any reason outside of the Promoter's reasonable control;any rescheduling, postponement or cancellation of the Event by the Event organiser or any third party;any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference in the Competition; orany tax liability or other costs incurred by a Winner taking and enjoying the Prize.
• To the extent that any liability, loss or damages cannot be excluded but can be limited, the Promoter limits its liability for them to the minimum amount permitted by law.
• If you are declared to be a Winner, you indemnify the Promoter from any direct or indirect loss, liability, costs or expenses (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) arising out of or in connection with:your behaviour, or the behaviour of your guests, during the Event to the extent that the behaviour breaches any law, any local customs, or any venue or ticketing terms made known to you or for which you ought reasonably be aware would apply;any damage to property caused by you or your guests during the Event; andany personal injury to any person caused by negligent or unlawful acts or omissions of yourself or your guests.

12. General

• You are responsible for any costs associated with accessing Instagram via your internet service provider or device.
• The Prize and participation in the Competition generally may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third parties (including Instagram, the Event venue and the ticketing provider). The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable for any additional terms and conditions imposed on the taking of the Prize or the participation in the Competition.
• By entering the Competition, you expressly acknowledge that the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc., and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by the venue or ticketing provider for the Event.
• In participating in the Competition, you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. To the extent permitted by law, you release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability in relation to the Competition.
• The Competition may be promoted through third-party websites and various social media platforms. You must comply with the terms of those third-party websites and social media platforms when using them. The Promoter is not responsible for any privacy practices adopted by any third-party websites or social media platforms.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to any conflicts of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria, Australia.
• If any term, provision or condition of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
• Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights in relation to the Competition at any time does not constitute a waiver of those rights or prevent any future exercise of those rights.
